ABOUT FOIL PLAY
Foil Play started trading in May 2004, so has been trading for 16 years now. The site offers a choice of items to help you create beautiful and enjoyable craft projects, including an extensive choice of rub on foils, ultra fine glitters, decoupage, toppers, peel off stickers and plenty of every day crafting necessities.
Foil Play has has an wide selection of crafting staples from classic tried and tested brands for all occasions at great prices. Many of the products have been featured on TV shopping channels QVC, Ideal World and Create & Craft.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase is very simple. Just browse through the site, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on basket (in the top right hand corner of the screen), select checkout and you will be asked to supply a few details that I will need to process your order.
Creating an account is optional. However, if you do decide to create one, you will be able to earn loyalty points which can be used to reduce the cost of future orders.
Bank Transfer details will be emailed directly to you once you have placed your order, if that is your chosen payment method.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Foil Play does not ship outside the UK, I'm sorry to disappoint potential customers overseas,
Prompt despatch is a priority and I aim to despatch your goods within two working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receipt of your cleared payment. I will email you to confirm despatch date for your order and will let you know if a delay is anticipated for any reason. You can also check current despatch status on the delivery times page.
Foil Play only accepts orders from the UK for delivery to UK addresses. Orders with a delivery address outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
All items listed on the site are physically held in stock. If you are able to put an item into your basket, then it is in stock on the website. Mistakes do happen from time to time, so in the rare event that something you have ordered is actually out of stock, I will refund you for that item, when your order is packed.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit and debit card payments are processed via PaymentSense or PayPal and are conducted off this website on their secure servers. I don't have the facility to take credit card payments directly over the telephone.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If the error is mine (for example in the case of faulty goods or goods not as described), I will refund the cost of return shipping.
I will process your refund promptly, once the item has been received back by me. The refund will be made by the same method as your original payment. If you are returning your whole order, I will also refund any standard rate p&p that you paid on that order.
